New Delhi: An army jawan was killed in celebratory gunfire at a wedding event in the Robertsganj region of the Sonbhadra district in Uttar Pradesh on Wednesday, according to police officials, news agency UNI reported. According to police sources, Babulal Yadav (35), a Havaldar deployed in Jammu & Kashmir, had returned to his native town Mahuari Tendu on leave a few days ago. He was taken to the district hospital where doctors declared him dead after examination,” they said.
